JOE ESCH, MCR
Joe Esch, Vice President of Limestone, brings to clients a track record of nearly 30 years of proven real estate experience working in the public and private sectors. His passion for a real estate has helped him identify, structure and develop in a wide array of asset classes and project types resulting in over 40 significant corporate locations and development projects in excess of $3 Billion in total value. He holds a BBA from Wichita State University and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has a number of professional certifications including Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Economic Development Finance Professional from the National Development Council. Joe is also a former board member of the CCIM Houston Gulf Coast Chapter.

Connie Rankin is the past President/CEO of Customized Real Estate Services (CRES). She has joined forces with Limestone Commercial Real Estate as their Director. Connie believes this move will strengthen the two women-owned businesses by increasing the bench-strength of the services offered to their clients.
Connie has over 35+ years of diverse experience, with the first 20 years working for PM Realty Group managing an office portfolio with over a million square feet under contract. In 2001, Connie founded CRES specializes in Commerical Tenant Representation services closing over $350 million in transactions for Fortune 500 companies, Municipal Government, and various other businesses.
In 2011, Connie became a LEED Accredited Professional, giving her the keen ability to recognize value in well-managed buildings.
The favorite part of my job is finding clients the best space at the best price while utilizing my diverse experience to level the playing field during lease negotiations.
JOHN R GREENE
John R. Greene has over three decades of experience in all aspects of commercial, industrial and retail real estate working for major Fortune 500 companies including Exxon, Clark Refining, Browning Ferris Industries and Shell Oil. Greene held various positions with Shell including time as the Americas Regional Manager, Transactions, and Projects and Real Estate Development Manager, Nigeria. He has conducted real estate transactions in 48 states, Latin America, Canada, and West Africa. As a strategic real estate counselor and problem solver with a focus on aligning assets with business needs he specializes in acquisition and disposition of leased and owned property, major site location for petrochemical, warehouses, and logistics facilities, acquisition and disposition of field service locations, surface land management, including agricultural and timber lands, lease and purchase of heavy to light industrial properties, including rail served sites, and comprehensive due diligence for major acquisitions, strategic portfolio reviews, adaptive re-use scenarios, and feasibility studies. John is the holder of the Master of Corporate Real Estate Designation (MCR) awarded by CoreNet Global, the leading corporate RE professional organization and a [John Greene] former member of the prestigious Counselors of Real Estate (CRE).

Meredith Kelly serves commercial clients as an Associate for Limestone Commercial Real Estate. She specializes in tenant representation for office, industrial and retail occupiers. Vanessa oversees marketing, transaction management and database management. She governs the execution process from inception to close, caring for every detail.
