After 25 years of serving clients from global commercial real estate platforms, Brandi McDonald founded Limestone Commercial Real Estate with a singular focus on serving clients at her highest and best. Throughout her career, Brandi has been involved in the sourcing, negotiating and executing of over $2.7 billion and 13.2 million square feet of commercial transactions. With extensive HQ experience and a passion for start-ups, Brandi leverages proven practices and transaction acumen to empower her clients through complex commercial real estate decisions. Connie Rankin is the past President/CEO of Customized Real Estate Services (CRES). She has joined forces with Limestone Commercial Real Estate as their Director. Connie believes this move will strengthen the two women-owned businesses by increasing the bench-strength of the services offered to their clients.

Connie has over 35+ years of diverse experience, with the first 20 years working for PM Realty Group managing an office portfolio with over a million square feet under contract. In 2001, Connie founded CRES specializes in Commerical Tenant Representation services closing over $350 million in transactions for Fortune 500 companies, Municipal Government, and various other businesses.

In 2011, Connie became a LEED Accredited Professional, giving her the keen ability to recognize value in well-managed buildings.

The favorite part of my job is finding clients the best space at the best price while utilizing my diverse experience to level the playing field during lease negotiations.



Vice President

John R. Greene has over three decades of experience in all aspects of commercial, industrial and retail real estate working for major Fortune 500 companies including Exxon, Clark Refining, Browning Ferris Industries and Shell Oil. Greene held various positions with Shell including time as the Americas Regional Manager, Transactions, and Projects and Real Estate Development Manager, Nigeria. He has conducted real estate transactions in 48 states, Latin America, Canada, and West Africa.  As a strategic real estate counselor and problem solver with a focus on aligning assets with business needs he specializes in acquisition and disposition of leased and owned property, major site location for petrochemical, warehouses, and logistics facilities, acquisition and disposition of field service locations, surface land management, including agricultural and timber lands, lease and purchase of heavy to light industrial properties, including rail served sites, and comprehensive due diligence for major acquisitions, strategic portfolio reviews, adaptive re-use scenarios, and feasibility studies.  John is the holder of the Master of Corporate Real Estate Designation (MCR) awarded by CoreNet Global, the leading corporate RE professional organization and a [John Greene] former member of the prestigious Counselors of Real Estate (CRE).

Vice President

Joan Gee serves as a Vice President at Limestone Commercial. She has 30 years of commercial real estate experience and contributes significant knowledge in the industry. Joan leverages her broad experience to accurately determine clients’ needs and match them with opportunities that yield highest and best results. Joan’s extensive knowledge in property management and leasing makes her a formidable advocate at the negotiation table. She has managed more than $550M in assets, $250M in capital and tenant projects and negotiated over 3,000,000 sf of leases.

Meredith Kelly serves commercial clients as an Associate for Limestone Commercial Real Estate. She specializes in tenant representation for office, industrial and retail occupiers. Meredith’s focus in marketing strategies, research and demographic analyses, as well as financial analyses adds value to each deal while proactively managing her client’s needs. Vanessa Jeans is the Executive Client Services Coordinator for Limestone Commercial Real Estate. She brings 20 years of real estate experience to our team, which translates into personalized client support. Through coordination of marketing initiatives to serving individual client needs of each project, she drives high productivity, communication and client satisfaction. Vanessa oversees marketing, transaction management and database management. She governs the execution process from inception to close, caring for every detail. She offers a combination of skills and technology necessary to manage the project and provide an innovative marketing and promotional materials specific to each client and their respective projects. She is gifted in designing exceptional client experiences and spectacular client functions.

My favorite part of this business is building relationships which becomes the gateway to understanding the client’s specific goals.  I enjoy personalizing the process for each individual.
