JOE ESCH, MCR
Joe Esch, Vice President of Limestone, brings to clients a track record of nearly 30 years of proven real estate experience working in the public and private sectors. His passion for a real estate has helped him identify, structure and develop in a wide array of asset classes and project types resulting in over 40 significant corporate locations and development projects in excess of $3 Billion in total value. He holds a BBA from Wichita State University and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has a number of professional certifications including Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Economic Development Finance Professional from the National Development Council. Joe is also a former board member of the CCIM Houston Gulf Coast Chapter.

Joan Gee serves as a Vice President at Limestone Commercial. She has 30 years of commercial real estate experience and contributes significant knowledge in the industry. Before entering the real estate industry, he spent five years in the oil and gas industry practicing in almost every facet including: data analytics, financial modeling, drill site planning and construction, and leasing. Edward enjoys leveraging that experience on behalf of his commercial real estate clients. Vanessa Jeans is the Executive Client Services Coordinator for Limestone Commercial Real Estate. She brings 20 years of real estate experience to our team, which translates into personalized client support. Through coordination of marketing initiatives to serving individual client needs of each project, she drives high productivity, communication and client satisfaction. Vanessa oversees marketing, transaction management and database management. She governs the execution process from inception to close, caring for every detail. She offers a combination of skills and technology necessary to manage the project and provide an innovative marketing and promotional materials specific to each client and their respective projects. She is gifted in designing exceptional client experiences and spectacular client functions.

Connie has over 35+ years of diverse experience, with the first 20 years working for PM Realty Group managing an office portfolio with over a million square feet under contract. In 2001, Connie founded CRES specializes in Commercial Tenant Representation services closing over $350 million in transactions for Fortune 500 companies, Municipal Government, and various other businesses.
In 2011, Connie became a LEED Accredited Professional, giving her the keen ability to recognize value in well-managed buildings.

Greene has over three decades of experience in all aspects of commercial, industrial and retail real estate working for major Fortune 500 companies including Exxon, Clark Refining, Browning Ferris Industries and Shell Oil. Greene held various positions with Shell including time as the Americas Regional Manager, Transactions, and Projects and Real Estate Development Manager, Nigeria. He has conducted real estate transactions in 48 states, Latin America, Canada, and West Africa. As a strategic real estate counselor and problem solver with a focus on aligning assets with business needs he specializes in acquisition and disposition of leased and owned property, major site location for petrochemical, warehouses, and logistics facilities, acquisition and disposition of field service locations, surface land management, including agricultural and timber lands, lease and purchase of heavy to light industrial properties, including rail served sites, and comprehensive due diligence for major acquisitions, strategic portfolio reviews, adaptive re-use scenarios, and feasibility studies.
