Christina Ott delivers specialized brokerage services including financial analysis, market research, property valuations, transaction management, and lease/sale negotiations. Before entering brokerage she worked as a licensed real estate appraiser specializing in the valuation of commercial properties. During her years in appraisal, she gained invaluable insight into the determination and creation of value within the real estate market. Christina brings to Limestone financial skills and intricate knowledge of the industry to uniquely analyze a client’s real estate portfolio. Christina utilizes her experience to provide creative and comprehensive solutions that maximize value to her clients

Allie Hubbard began her real estate journey nearly nine years ago where she has represented nationally and globally recognized owners such as KBS, Holt-Lunsford, LNR, Clarion Partners and Holland-based Stena Realty. Her focus has been primarily on the agency side and she successfully leased a portfolio consisting of over 1.5 million SF in Houston. During Allie’s real estate career, she has completed over 600 transactions and was awarded the CoStar Power Broker award in 2015, leasing over 670,000 SF that year. Since 2011, Allie has sourced, negotiated and executed over 2.5 million SF

Vanessa Jeans is the Executive Client Services Coordinator for Limestone Commercial Real Estate. She brings 19 years of real estate experience to our team, which translates into personalized client support. Through coordination of marketing initiatives to serving individual client needs of each project, she drives high productivity, communication and client satisfaction. Vanessa designs marketing materials, conducts property research, and database management. She governs the execution process from inception to close, caring for every detail. She offers a combination of skills and technology necessary to manage the project and provide an innovative marketing and promotional materials specific to each client and their respective projects. She is gifted in designing exceptional client experiences and spectacular client functions.
